FALL 2026 GROUP SPIN SESSIONS
It’s time to get back on the trainer and start making your off-season gains. I’m happy to announce our Fall spin dates below. We will focus on structured rides with appropriate build progressions for VO2 max, sweet spot threshold and strength focused aerobic endurance. When you sign up you will have access to the recorded Zoom session for one week.
If you have a smart trainer, the prebuilt workout is available on Trainerroad as part of the Bee3 Team. You do not need a smart trainer to get all the benefits of these sessions. Just show up, work hard and reap all the strength gains.
Session Times:
Tuesday Morning 7am
60-75 min VO2 max focused ride plus a 10 min dynamic stretch routine
Fall block: Oct 14 - Dec 16
10 weeks $157.00 (including GST)
Sunday Morning 8am
2-hour outdoor ride simulation with a focus on building strength and stamina. Dynamic stretches included after each ride.
Fall block: Oct 19- Dec 21
10 weeks $265.00 (including GST)

corporate bootcamp
For companies who support the health and wellness of their employees. Each session is designed to achieve dynamic and functional movements, strength and mobility all in a challenging but fun environment. Employees will relieve stress, work towards personal goals while still receiving all the benefits of a trained strength and conditioning coach who is focused on good form and appropriate progressions of exercises.
Each boot camp will include goal setting and a mobility assessment for each participant and appropriate modifications for exercises so all attending will be challenged appropriately at their current fitness level.
Pricing to be discussed depending on length of program, how many days per week and estimated participant numbers. The facility, availability of equipment and location are also factors to be considered in final price.
